Membership refunds are available on a pro-rata basis. Please contact [email protected]

Events

If you are unable to attend an event you must cancel your registration no later than 4 working days prior to the event date. Registrations cancelled more than 4 working days prior to the event will receive a full refund. If you are unable to attend within 4 working days of the event, you can transfer your registration to another person as a replacement attendee.

We do not issue credits. If you do not attend on the day the full fee will be charged.
